Playful Parenting means joining children in
their world of play, focusing on connection and confidence,
giggling and roughhousing, and following your child's lead.
Sometimes just reading about it isn't enough, and it helps to
have some one-on-one coaching. Through play therapy in my office or your home, my goal is to help parents and
families rediscover the joy of playing and enjoying one another.

parent workshops
All-day or
Weekend Workshops
The all-day or weekend workshop is a chance for intensive
training in the theory and practice of Playful Parenting, for
parents and parent educators.

basics of Playful Parenting: connecting, building
confidence, and resolving problems through play.

emotional life of the child (temper tantrums, tears,
and fears).

Becoming
the parent you always wanted to be: overcoming
obstacles in ourselves and in our environment in order to
parent effectively and happily.

Parent
Leadership: All parents are already leaders, because
we work towards improving things for our families and our
communities. We can be more influential and effective
leaders by organizing parents, coaching and teaching
parents, and working towards making the world a better place
for our children to grow up.
playdays
Playdays are
half-day or all-day get-togethers for parents and children to
have fun with active play, while getting some coaching, advice,
and encouragement from Larry.
